Officials are examining whether the situation resulted from a signalling failure, communication gap, operational oversight or any other technical issue within the railway network.
The investigation will focus on reconstructing the sequence of events, reviewing train movement records, signal logs and communication between control rooms and station authorities.
No Casualties Reported
Railway officials confirmed that the incident did not result in any loss of life or injuries. Train operations in the affected section were reportedly monitored closely after the incident to ensure passenger safety and prevent further disruptions.
Authorities have assured that all necessary safety protocols are being reviewed and that appropriate action will be taken if any lapses are identified during the investigation.
