Odisha Lok Bhavan has received the prestigious Platinum Green Campus recognition from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), marking a significant achievement in the state’s efforts towards environmentally responsible governance.
Lok Bhavan secured an impressive 88 out of 100 points under the green campus assessment. The recognition acknowledges various initiatives undertaken on the premises to promote sustainability, conserve natural resources and reduce environmental impact.
Recognition For Sustainable Practices
The Platinum certification covers several key areas of environmental management at Lok Bhavan. These include renewable energy adoption, water conservation, biodiversity protection, waste management and clean mobility.
