Dhamaal 4 Box Office Collection Day 6: Comedy Entertainer Nears ₹90 Crore

Ajay Devgn’s Dhamaal 4 continued its impressive run at the Indian box office on its sixth day, collecting an estimated ₹6.75 crore (nett) on Wednesday. With this, the comedy entertainer has taken its total India collection to approximately ₹89 crore (nett), maintaining a steady pace despite the expected weekday decline.

The film witnessed a 20 per cent drop in collections compared to Monday, a trend considered healthy for a mid-week business cycle. Trade analysts believe the film is well on course to wrap up its first week with around ₹95 crore (nett), putting it within touching distance of the coveted ₹100 crore mark.

Healthy Weekday Hold

After posting strong numbers over the opening weekend, Dhamaal 4 has managed to sustain audience interest during weekdays. While collections naturally dipped after the weekend rush, the decline has remained within expected levels, indicating positive word-of-mouth and consistent footfalls across multiplexes and single screens.

Industry observers noted that although the Wednesday drop could have been marginally lower, the film’s overall trend remains encouraging and points towards a stable theatrical run.

Better Performance Than Welcome to the Jungle

Trade comparisons suggest that Dhamaal 4 is performing better than Welcome to the Jungle during the corresponding period. The latter reportedly registered a steeper decline of around 25 per cent after Monday, followed by another 15–20 per cent drop over the next two days, affecting its long-term momentum.

In contrast, Dhamaal 4 has shown stronger weekday stability, giving exhibitors confidence that the comedy franchise will continue attracting audiences in the coming weeks.

Limited Competition Boosts Prospects

One of the biggest advantages for Dhamaal 4 is the relatively less crowded release calendar. The film is expected to face competition from The Odyssey in its second week. However, trade experts believe both films cater to different audience segments, reducing the possibility of a major impact on Dhamaal 4‘s collections.

More importantly, there are no major commercial releases scheduled in the third week, giving the film a largely uninterrupted theatrical run. This extended window is expected to help it maintain steady collections and cross significant box office milestones.

Strong Momentum Ahead

With approximately ₹89 crore already in its kitty and the first week expected to close around ₹95 crore, Dhamaal 4 is well positioned to enter the ₹100 crore club early in its second week.

If the current trend continues and weekend collections remain strong, the film could emerge as one of the biggest comedy successes of the year, benefiting from positive audience response, stable weekday collections, and minimal competition at the box office.
